いよいよ庭のカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンを収穫します。
一番果は病気にやられて、とっくに枯れていましたが、今年は二番果・三番果がきっちりとヴェレゾンしました。
今までの中で、一番遅い収穫です。
３番果はさすがに酸っぱいけど、２番果はしっかり糖度がのっています。
ジュースにしようかな？
今日の夕食は居酒屋メニュー。

このピュアな口当たりが本当に美味しいです。
2本目 ベル・デュ・スッド ピノ・ノワール 2022 1,078円
赤はピノ・ノワール。
赤いベリー系の果実味、チャーミングな酸、さらりとした口あたり。
美味しいピノ・ノワールってこの味わいです。

Now it’s time to harvest the Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden.
The first fruit was attacked by disease and withered a long time ago, but this year the second and third fruits have been successfully collored.
This is the slowest harvest I’ve ever had.
The third fruit is really sour, but the second fruit has a solid sugar content.
Shall I make it into juice?
Today’s dinner was an Izakaya Menu.

It is a PB wine produced by me exclusively for the Seven & i Group.
It is a standard wine in my house.
I felt rich fruit taste, clean acidity and firm minerality.
This pure mouthfeel is really delicious.
2nd Belle du Sud Pinot Noir 2022 1,078 yen
The red wine is Pinot Noir.
I felt red berry fruits, charming acidity and smooth mouthfeel.
This is what a delicious Pinot Noir tastes like.
