今夜はキムチ鍋にしました。

1本目 ベル・デュ・スッド シャルドネ 2021 980円
南大沢のイトーヨーカドーで購入。
ワタシが開発・輸入のお手伝いをしたセブン＆アイ・グループのＰＢワインです。
ラングドック産のシャルドネ100%で仕込まれています。
しっかりとした果実味、綺麗な酸とミネラル感。
果肉がしっかりと感じられ、キムチの風味にも負けません。
とても美味しいです。
2本目 ベル・デュ・スッド ピノ・ノワール 2021 980円
このピノ・ノワールも本当に素晴らしいです。
赤いベリー系のフルーツ感がジュクジュク出てきます。
ピュアな酸と、やさしい渋み、冷涼感あふれる口当たり。
ブラインドで飲んだら、絶対ブルゴーニュとワタシは言います。
キムチにも負けません。
このピノ・ノワールは特筆に値するクオリティーだと改めて思いました。

1st Belles du Sud Chardonnay 2021 980 yen
I bought this one at Ito Yokado Minami Osawa Store.
I was in charge of the produce and import of this Belles du Sud for Seven & I Group.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Languedoc.
I was sure again it has an amazing quality in this price.
I felt rich fruits, beautiful citrus and very fine minerals.
It was very good for the Kimuchi-Nabe today.
2nd 2nd Bells du Sud Pinot Noir 2021 980 yen
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Languedoc.
I felt elegant red berries, charming acidity, silky tannin and fine minerals.
The style is truly pure, natural, cool and elegant.
If I taste it by blind, I will say ” This is Burgundy Pinot Noir.”
I think this one has an amazing quality in this price, too
