本日、有志による日本ワイン会に参加しました。
会場は、リゴレットキッチン銀座。
持ち寄ったワインは、超貴重な日本ワインばかり。
リタファーム＆ワイナリー キュベ・リタ ノンデゴルジュ シャルドネ 2020

ワタシが持参した濱田さんのシャルドネ以外は、全部初めて飲むワインばかり。
リタファームの泡は、ジャック・セロスを思わせるような硬質なミネラル感と熟成感。
近藤さんの弟さんが仕込んだワインは、栗沢ブランを彷彿させる優れもの。
曽我さんのアルバリーニョのピュア感は実に素晴らしい。
濱田さんのシャルドネは、参加者全員から絶賛されました。
池野さんのピノ・ノワールは上品で穏やか、懐の深いワインでした。
特にこの高山村の新しいワイナリー“ヴィニクローブ”のピノ・ノワールには驚きました。
その深い色、凝縮した果実味、しかも抜群のエレガンスは、日本離れしたピノ・ノワールです。
昨年9月にワイナリーを訪問し、オーナーの倉田さんにお会いしましたが、やっと倉田さんのワインを飲むことができました。
想像をはるかに超える素晴らしいワインです。
倉田さんの、これからの展開がとても楽しみです。
リゴレットのお料理は、いつもながらおいしいです。
ピザがすごくおいしかった。
本日、参加者の中にお誕生日の方がいました。

I joined in some Japan Wine tasting party held at Rigoletto Kitchen Ginza.
I was surprised at seeing the wine list.
There were many super-rare wines.
Rita Farm & Winery Cuvee Rita 2020
Kondo Vineyard T-Blanc 2020
Obuse Winery Domaine Sagga Albarino 2020
Hamada Vineyard Chardonnay 2020
Mie Ikeno Pinot Noir 2020
Viniqrobe Pinot Noir 2018
I tasted all of the bottles at the first time except Hamada Vineyard Chardonnay which I brought.
Every wine was super-fine!
Especially, Viniqrobe Pinot Noir was outstanding.
I saw the deep color and felt concentrated fruits, elegant acidity, silky tannin and nice mouthfeel.
This one has a super elegance.
Viniqrobe is very young winery located in Takayama Nagano.
I visited to the winery last September and met Mr. Kurata, who is the owner, the grape grower and the winemaker.
Finally, I could taste his Pinot Noir.
It was an outstanding Pinot Noir in Japan, I think.
I am looking forward to tasting his next wine.
All of the dishes were very nice, too.
We had a birthday guy in the member today.
This one was a surprise cake!
