今日も大変良くできました。
1本目 安心院ワイン 嚆矢 マセレート シャルドネ 2019
ワイナリーから頂いたサンプル
嚆矢(こうし)は鏑矢とも呼ばれる音のでる矢の事だそうです。
新しい事を始める時の合図として使われる矢尻なので、これは安心院ワインの新しい試みのワインのシリーズという事ですね。
これは、自家葡萄園で収穫したシャルドネのオレンジワイン。
醸し発酵のシャルドネです。
薄い琥珀色、穏やかで心地良い果実味と酸、きれいなミネラル感。ホンワカとしながら、しっかりとした飲み心地があります。
良いオレンジワインです、とても良いオレンジワインです。北イタリアのオレンジワインを優しく上品に親しみやすくした感じかな？
とても美味しいです。
2本目 安心院ワイン こうし ハイブリッド ヴァインズ2019 2,690円
赤は、ワイナリーが交配した新しいブドウ品種で仕込んだワインです。
登録前でまだ名前もありません。
安心院ワインでは、ブドウ品種の交配にも力を入れているんですね。
うん、これも美味しいです。
黒いベリー系の果実味、ゆったりとした酸、きめ細やかなタンニン、ややスパイシーなニュアンス。
酸味を穏やかにした美味しいブラッククイーンって感じかな？
面白いですね、安心院ワイン、ますます目が離せません。

1st Ajimu Wine Koshi Macerated Chardonnay 2019 Sample Tasting
Koshi is the new trial wine series of the winery.
It is an orange wine made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards in Oita.
I felt elegant fruits, soft acidity, comfortable mouthfeel and good minerals.
It is very easy to drink but also deep and complex.
I felt something similar to the orange wine made in north Italy.
Very good!
2nd Ajimu Wine Koshi Hybrid Vines 2019. Sample Tasting
The red is made from several hybrid grape varieties born in the winery.
All varieties don’t have the name yet.
Well.. it is a nice wine, too.
I felt charming black berries, good acidity, spicy nuance and mild tannin.
The taste is a typical Japan’s red wine, I think.
Ajimu had a good challenge sprit.
I am sure thatAjimu Wine deserves a special attention.
