商談があって、久しぶりに都心に出かけました。
久しぶりに乗る電車、人が多くて驚きました。
1本目 ドメーヌ・バロン・ド・ロートシルト プライベート・リザーブ ボルドー・ブラン 2019 1,950円
かのシャトー・ラフィット・ロートシルトを所有するバロン・ド・ロートシルトが造るボルドーの白ワインです。
ボルドーというと赤のイメージが強いようですが、実は白もロゼもたくさん造っています。
これは、ソーヴィニヨン・ブランとセミヨンのブレンド。
バロン・ド・ロートシルトの造るワインは、どれも皆おいしいのですが、これも飛び切り美味しいです。
ゆったりとしたアロマ、柑橘系の酸と、洋ナシやメロンを思わせる上品な果実味、ミネラル感もしっかり。
上品なワインって、こういうのを言うんだな、と思わせるゆとりを感じます。
がっちり冷やして飲みました。
お刺し身にもよく合いましたよ。
2本目 ジューステンベルグ マイバーグ ブロス サンソー 2019 1,650円 新入荷
南アフリカから新入荷。昨年の2月にワイナリーを訪問したときに飲んで、あんまり美味しくて驚きました。
サンソーはラングドック原産のブドウ。
収量が多く経済的で、またあまり個性が強く出ないので、主にブレンド用として長く使われてきました。
南アでも広く栽培されていて、有名な交配種“ピノ・タージュ”は、サンソーとピノ・ノワールの掛合わせです。
さて、このサンソー、なんとも軽やかで、華やかで、チャーミング。
骨太な赤ワインが多い南アの赤ワインのイメージの真逆。
フレッシュなアロマ、赤い果実の酸、さらりとした口あたり。
そして軽やかな味わいの奥に、なんともいえぬ深い滋味が隠れています。
いや、いや、いや。これはやっぱり、すごーく、すごーく美味しいです。
無農薬栽培、野生酵母・亜硫酸無添加で醸造の自然派ワイン。
これ、すごくお勧めです。

I went to center of Tokyo to join in some business meeting at the first time in these days.
I was surprised at seeing many people in the train even though the state emergency.
1st Domaine Barons de Rothschild Private Reserve Bordeaux Blanc 2019 1,950 yen
Domaine Barons de Rothschild is a major fine wine company in the world which owns Chateau Lafite Rothschild.
You may think that Bordeaux produces mainly red wine.
However, Bordeaux produces many white wine and rose wine, too.
This one is made from 85% Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grown in Bordeaux.
Domaine Barons de Rothschild produces only very nice wine.
This wine is specially delicious.
I felt elegant aroma, nice citrus, rich fruits, good acidity and fine minerals.
This one is a good sample of the fine wine, I think.
I tasted it very chilly temperature.
It was very good for my sashimi today.
2nd Joostenberg Myburgh Bros. Cinsault 2019 1,650 yen New Arrivals
It is a new arrival from South Africa.
When I visited the winery last year, I tasted this one and was amazed in its outstanding quality.
Cinsault was born in Languedoc.
Because the grape has a neutral character and a high yield amount, it has been used blend of wine.
South Africa grows a lot of Cinsault, too.
Well, this Cinsault is amazingly delicious.
You usually find red wines in South Africa dark and heavy.
But this one is opposite, brillante and elegant.
I felt a fresh aroma, red berries acidity, elegant tannin and charming mouthfeel.
Also you could find delicate sophistication in the light taste if you are wine geek.
It made by no-chemical with wild yeasts without sulfur.
What a delicious wine is this!
