猛暑の中をお散歩中、今日も近くの小川にカワセミがいました。
あっ、飛んだ！
1本目 トゥルクハイム シルヴァネール 2019 1,550円 ＋ 税
カーヴドリラックス・インターネット店で好評発売中、「アルザスvsイタリア ペログビセット」で購入しました。
ドイツではやや甘口のテーブルワインにブレンドされることが多いこのブドウ品種ですが、アルザスでは昔から辛口のワインになります。
へたに造ると薄っぺらなワインになりがちなんですが、このシルヴァネールは味わい豊か。
しゃきっとしたピュアな酸に加えて心地の良いフルーツ感がたっぷり。
今日みたいな暑い日に、ギンギンに冷やして飲むと実にうまい。
飲む30分前に冷蔵庫から冷凍庫に移して冷やしました。
これが美味しいんだわー！
2本目 コロレード サンジョヴェーゼ 2017 1,280円 ＋ 税
赤はイタリア・モリーゼ州のサンジョヴェーゼです。
自家葡萄園で自然農法で栽培されたブドウで仕込まれています。
これも今回のペログビセットで買いました。
とにかくフルーツの密度の濃さがとびぬけています。
果実の密度は濃いのですがフルボディ的な重さではなく、とろんっとした濃密な舌ざわり。
屑餅とか寒天を口に含んだような、ぷるんとした食感があります。
上品な酸味と心地よいタンニン、味わいはまろやかで穏やか。
やや、これも美味しいです。これもしっかり冷やして飲みましょう。

1st Turckheim Sylvernar 2019 1550 yen + tax
I bought this one at the internet wine set by Cave de Relax.
Sylvernar is a popular grape variety and often blended to semi-sweet white wine in German.
However, the grape becomes a dry white wine in Alsace.
Some of Alsace Sylvernar wines are small and light but this one is very rich and elegant.
I felt pure fruits, beautiful acidity and nice minerals.
It is very good for summer drinking by ice temperature.
I pick up it from a refrigerator and put it into a freezer drinking before 30 minutes.
Chilly! Tasty!!
2nd Borgo di Colloredo Sangiovese 2017 1280 yen + tax
I bought this one at the internet wine set by Cave de Relax, too.
It made from 100% Sangiovese grown in the estate vineyards in Molise Italy by natural farming.
I was impressed in the dense fruits.
I felt very concentrated fruits, good acidity and mild tannin.
It is very dense but not so heavy.
The mouthfeel was very good.
I tasted it very chilly.
