今日はお休み。
朝から昼過ぎまで庭の草むしりです。
スギナ撲滅のため、今日は根っこを掘り起こすことにしました。
スギナの根は長く深く、すぐにちょん切れてしまいます。

1本目 アレ エ ディレ ピノグリージョ 2019 1,480円 ＋ 税 新入荷
チェスコンの新作、イタリア・ヴェネト産のピノグリージョです。
飲むのはこれで、早くも2回目。
深みのある果実味、きれいな酸、研ぎ澄まされたミネラル感。
実に素晴らしい。
美味しい白が飲みたいときに抜きましょう。
2本目 アレ エ ディレ ピノノワール 2018 1,480円 ＋ 税 新入荷
ワイナリーのオーナー、アルベルトとメールのやり取りで、イタリアはほぼ全面的に
経済活動が再開されたそうです。
まだ感染者はたくさんいるようですが。
えーと、ワインですね。
このピノノワールは非の打ちどころが見つかりません。
実にとても美味しいです。完璧です。
ま、ブラインドだったらまずブルゴーニュって言うでしょうね。
美味しいブルゴーニュです。これ、ワタシ、絶賛です。

I weeded my garden in the morning, as well.
Sugina weeds are so tough.
Their roots are deep and complex.
I tried to dig up them today.

1st al & dile Pinot Grigio 2019 1480 yen New Arrivals It is a brand-new wine from Professor Cescon in Veneto Italy.
It was the second time I had tried to taste it.
I love the rich fruits, excellent acidity and beautiful minerals.
How wonderful is this!
I strongly recommend to taste this when you want to taste very fine wine.
2nd al & dile Pinot Noir 2018 1480 yen New Arrivals Alberto, who is the owner of Cescon, told me that almost everything in Veneto re-opened.
I hope things will work well.
Anyway, it is a perfect Pinot Noir, I think.
Everything is outstanding as Pinot Noir.
If I taste this by blind, I would say it is some fine Burgundy.
