カリフォルニア “Ｊ. ローアー・ヴィンヤーズ＆ワインズ” の副社長 ショーン・ゼルニー氏と、白ワイン担当のワインメーカー クリステン・バーンヒセル氏がご来日。
銀座歌舞伎座近くの寿司の銘店“銀座壮石”さんで、ワインメーカーズ・ディナーを実施しました。
クリステンさんは初来日。まずは歌舞伎座前で記念撮影。
20名のカーヴドリラックスのコアな会員さんが集まりました。
今回はキャンセル待ちが大勢出るほどの人気のイベント。
Ｊ.ローアーのワインは、環境保全を極めて重視した“サステイナブル農法”を実践する第一人者。
その味わいも、ブドウの自然な風味を大事にしたピュアな味わい。
変な添加物など一切使っていません。
2004年からウチで輸入を始めて、本当に長いお付き合いになりました。

ワインはどれも素晴らしくエレガント、アルコール度数も低めで、まさにワタクシことクニちゃんのテイストにぴったりです。
壮石さんの江戸前寿司会席のお料理に、絶妙なペアリングを見せてくれました。
きちっと仕事をしている江戸前のにぎり寿司と、シラー、メルロー、カベルネの各赤ワインが見事なマリアージュを見せて、ショーンさんもクリステンさんもビックリです。
さすがは銀座壮石。
ワインと寿司のペアリングでは、間違いなく我が国のトップクラスだと思います。
最後は抽選会で盛り上がりました。
参加いただいたお客様も皆さん大満足のご様子で何よりでした。
銀座壮石の皆さん、今日は休業日なのに無理やりお店を開けていただき、素晴らしいワイン会を演出いただき本当にありがとうございました。

We received Ms. Shaune Zeleny, who is the vise president of J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines, and Ms. Kristen Barnhisel, who is the wine maker of J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines in California.
I organized a winemaker’s dinner at Ginza Soseki, which is fine-traditional sushi restaurant.
Kristen has been to Japan at the first time.
We took a memorial photo at the front of Kabukiza Theatre.
The lucky-core 20 members of Club Relax gathered at the event.
We had a lot of members on the waiting list.
J. Lohr is one of the top runners of sustainable grape farming and wine making in California.
The taste of wine is very pure and elegant.
All of their wine are just my favorite style.
We have been importing J. Lohr since 2004.

All of the wine showed outstandingly nice paring with authentic sushi cuisines.
Every guests looked very happy.
Finally, the event was heating up by a drawing of a lots.
It was a really nice dinner party.
