1本目 ディエ アグテロス 2018 サンプル試飲
南アフリカ・パールのワイナリー、ジューステンベルグの新商品。
今月初め、オーナー醸造家のティレルが持ってきてくれたサンプルです。
自家葡萄園で最も古いシュナンブランを有機で栽培し、野生酵母で仕込んでいるそうです。
なんとも厚みのある果実味、とろりとした舌触りです。
とにかく密度が濃いです。
アルコール度数12.5％と南アのワインとしては低めですが、ガツンとした飲み応えがあります。
それでいて、するすると飲めてしまう。
良いワインですねえ。
2本目 フィリップ アルバート カベルネソーヴィニヨン 2017 サンプル試飲
これもティレルが持ってきてくれたジューステンベルグの新商品です。
こちらも有機で栽培したカベルネソーヴィニヨン100％で仕込まれています。
ブドウ畑は、“フリップ アルバート”と名付けられたジューステベルグの単一畑で、わずか4,842本のみの生産だそうです。
しっかりとしたストラクチャーがありますが、チャーミングなベリー系の果実の風味とキレイな酸、タンニンは極めてまろやか。
とても自然なしっかり感があります。
やっぱティレルは、良いワインを造りますね。
造り手の気合を感じる一本です。

1st Die Agteros 2018 Sample tasting
It is a brand-new wine of Joostenberg Estate in South Africa.
Tyrrell, the owner & winemaker, bought this in the beginning of this month.
It is made from the oldest Chenin Blanc vines in the estate grown by organic method.
I felt tremendously rich & complex fruits.
It is a very, very dense white wine, isn’t it?
The alcohol degree is low, 12.5%, as South Africa wine but I felt a very big power.
Tyrrell only produces very fine wines.
2nd Philip Albert Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 Sample tasting
I is also a brand-new wine of Joostenberg, Tyrrell brought.
It is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the single vineyard named “Philip Albert”.
I felt a very good structure, nice red acidity and very dense-elegant tannins.
I am sure that it is a very fine Cabernet Sauvignon in South Africa.
Only 4842 bottles made!
