銀座Furutoshiで、プライベートなワイン会。
今回も、めでたいワインのご提供があり、贅沢な晩餐。
高いワインは美味しいです。
罰当たりなキスラーのシャルドネと、アンリ・ボワイヨのコルトン・シャルルマーニュの飲み比べ。
個人的には、やはりブルゴーニュが好きみたいです。
2000年ヴィンテージのルロワのニュイはやはり圧巻。
諸ちゃんは、ワインの栓を抜くのがお上手です。
Furutoshiさんのお料理は、いついただいても見事に美味しい！
1959年のバルバレスコ、ワタシとタメ年。
自然な熟成感、ややお疲れ感もありましたがワタシ的には十分にありでした。
とても楽しい会でした。
貴重なワインをご提供頂きありがとうございました。
皆さん、また集まりましょうねー。(^-^)

I organized a private wine tasting party at Ginza Furutoshi.
A lot of super fine wines were donated.
Oh! What a great view!
I was sure again that an expensive wine was very tasty.
I compared Kistler Chardonnay to Henri Boillot Corton-Charlemagne and found that I prefer to Burgundy.
All of the dishes were also very nice, so delicious!
This Barbaresco is the same vintage of me.
1959!!
The bottle was still alive!
We enjoyed the event very, very much.
