今夜はホームアローン。
無性に肉が食いたくなって、オージービーフ 300ｇを焼きました。
がっつりステーキで一人飯。
満足、満足。
１本目 バロンドボーラン ブラン 2014 800円
ワタシはステーキでも、白ワインから飲まないと気がすみません。
ラングドックの定番の白。
なんでもないワインですが、これがうまい。
で、2本目は、おとといの残りのトートワーズ クリーク メルロー・カベルネ。
おとといは実は他のワインも飲んでたんで、これ結構残っていました。
ラングドック定番の赤。
これがうまい。やっぱステーキには赤ワインですね。

1st Baron de Beau Rond Blanc 2014 800 yen
Even though beef steak, I must start from white wine.
It’s my favorite Languedoc white.
It’s the cheapest wine in Cave de Relax but tasty.
Very good!
Then I tasted Tortoise Creek Merlot Cabernet left over from the day before yesterday.
Because I tasted another wine the day before yesterday, I could taste a half of the bottle.
It was so tasty.
Actually, I prefer red wine to white wine for beef steak.
