台風一過で、今日は天高く超晴天。
夜は木枯らし、寒かったですね。
1本目 ドゥケデヴィゼウ ダン ブランコ 2015 1,500円
カーヴドリラックス初輸入のポルトガルワイン。
これは、ダンの上級バージョン。
キンけタ ドス カルバリャイスという、ダンの名門ワイナリーが、エンクルザート種というブドウを主体に仕込んでいるそうです。
ああ、ダメだ。カタカナについていけない。(T . T)
でもね、飲めばこのワインが凄く良いワインだってことは、凄く良くわかります。
極めてエレガントで深みにある果実の風味。
凄く美味しいです。
3,000円くらいしても、全然おかしくないとワタシは思います。
いや、これは、素晴らしい。お見事です。
２本目 チェスコン ピノネーロ 2015 1,320円
このイタリア ヴェネトのピノノワールも、本当に美味しいです。
ピノノワールにあって欲しい最低の味わいを、はるかに超えて備えています。
妙な造り込み感がなく自然なピノノワールの風味が嬉しいです。
昔は、ロゼみたいなピノでしたが、樹齢が高くなるに従って、色もボディもしっかりしてきました。
これも破格ですね〜。2,000円くらいしてもいいと思います。
超お買い得。

1st Dique de Viseu Dao Branco 2015 1500 yen
It is the first imported Portugal wine by Cave de Relax.
It is made from mainly Encruzado grown in Doa by a very popular winery which I didn’t know.
However, it is very easy to know that the quality is outstanding when you taste this.
It has super elegant, deep and complex fruits and minerals.
The price is ultra-reasonable, I think.
I am OK if the price is twice.
2nd Cescon Pinot Nero 2015. 1320 yen
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Veneto Italy.
It is very delicious, too.
It has all of the tastes that I need in Pinot Noir.
I like this clean and natural nuance very much.
The price is also super reasonable, I think.
I am OK if the price is around 2000 yen.
