帰宅途中、大きな黒鯛をゲット。
まな板からはみ出ます。これで980円（税別）。
ラッキー。
休肝日あけは、お刺身てんこ盛り。
1本目 リューボー ソーヴィニヨンブラン 2015 1280円
ああ、夢にまで見た久しぶりのワインちゃん。
あなたは、やっぱりおいしいわ。
実は昨夜、本当にワインを飲む夢をみました。
ワタシの夢には味があります。
けど、やっぱ現実に飲むワインは美味しいです。
きれいな透き通った酸に、ミネラル感。
実に美味しい。
2本目 ヴィニュロン デュ パレ ミュスカデ セーヴルエメーヌ シュールリー レ ロッシュ ブランシュ 2014 1380円
ミュスカデらしくない、豊かな果実味とふくよかなボディ。
ミュスカデらしいミネラル感。
ああ、美味しい。本当に美味しいです。
しかし、このワイン飲んで日記書くたびに思うのは、この名前の長さ。
「ヴぃにゅろんでゅぱれみゅすかでせーヴるえめーぬしゅーるりーれろっしゅぶらんしゅ」
なんだか呪文のようですね。
でも、美味しい。
3本目 ブシャール P&F ヴォーヌロマネ 2014
3日もワイン抜いたんですから、いいじゃないですか。
高いブルゴーニュワインの味がします。
美味しい、美味しい、美味しい、美味しい、美味しい。美味しい。美味しい。
いやはや、ワインってのは本当に美味しいものですね。
