冷たい北風が吹く寒い一日。
日曜日のポカポカ陽気から一転、真冬に逆もどりです。
今日の夕食は、体が温まるキムチ鍋にします。
ここのところ、お値段お手頃なメジマグロが出回っていますね。
キムチ鍋、美味しいです。体がポカポカになりました。
本日のワイン
ベル・デュ・スッド シャルドネ 2023
このラングドック産のシャルドネを飲むために、キムチ鍋は濃厚な鶏の出汁をとって、辛さはかなり抑えました。
私が使うキムチ自体が元々辛さ控えめで、珍しいMSGフリー。
このキムチがなければ、ウチのキムチ鍋は成立しません。
で、今日もいつものシャルドネを大変美味しくいただきました。
鍋には絶対にワインが良く合います。

It’s a change from the bright and cheerful weather on Sunday.
Today’s dinner is a kimchi hot pot that warms the body.
Recently, there are reasonably priced Meji-Maguro on the market.
Kimchi hot pot is delicious. My body became hot.
Today’s Wine
Belles du Sud Chardonnay 2023
In order to drink this Chardonnay, the kimchi hot pot was made with a rich chicken broth and the spiciness was reduced considerably.
The kimchi which I always use is originally mild in spiciness and is rare MSG-free.
Without this kimchi, my kimchi hot pot would not be possible.
So, today I tasted the usual Languedoc Chardonnay very deliciously.
Wine definitely goes well with the pot.
