私の地元鶴川で、プライヴェートなワイン会を開催します。
駅で待ち合わせをしていたら、地元にある蔵邸ワイナリーのオーナー、山田貢さんとご家族にばったり遭遇。
地元ならではの写真が撮れました。
さて会場は鶴川香山園の中にあるレストラン「桜梅桃李」。
江戸時代に造られた池泉回遊式庭園を望む、築120年の御殿を改築した和食レストランです。
旧カーヴドリラックスのスタッフが集まりました。
とても趣のあるお部屋で、洗練された日本料理をいただきます。
ここが地元鶴川の駅前とは、とても思えません。まるで京都か、鎌倉に来たかのよう。
どのお料理もみな、とても美味しい！
ワインは参加者が各自1本ずつの持ち寄りです。
事前の打ち合わせは色のみでしたが、バランスの良いラインアップになりました。

貴重なワインばかり、どれもみな印象に残る素晴らしいワインでした。
さすが長年ワイン業界に身を置くプロフェッショナルたちのセレクションですね。
楽しかったですね。美味しかったですね。
結構、きわどい話も多かったように思いますが、何を話したか、まったく覚えていません。
皆さん、ありがとうございました。また集まりましょう！

No Wine Day

In my hometown of Tsurukawa, I organized a private wine party.
When we were meeting at the station, we met the owner of the local winery, Mr.
Mitsugu Yamada and his family.
I was able to take a photo unique to the local area.
By the way, the venue is the restaurant “Obaitori” in Tsurukawa Kogoyamaen.
Overlooking the pond and spring strolling garden built in the Edo period, here is a Japanese restaurant that has been renovated from a 120-year-old palace.
The staff of the former Cave de Relax gathered.
In this quaint room, we were served sophisticated Japanese cuisines.
I don’t think this is in front of the local Tsurukawa station.
It’s as if you’ve come to Kyoto or Kamakura.
All the dishes are very delicious!
Each participant brought one bottle of wine.
The pre-meeting was only about color, but it was a well-balanced lineup.

The one bottle is Germany and the other four are Japan.
All the precious wines were wonderful ones that left an impression.
As expected, it is a selection of professionals who have been in the wine industry for many years.
It was fun. It was delicious.
I think there were quite a lot of harsh stories, but I don’t remember what we talked about at all.
