恐れていたNETFLIX。
どういうわけか見逃していた日曜劇場の「グランメゾン東京」の第１話を観てしまいました。
そのまま第3話まで観て、寝落ちしました。
これは、いかんです。

枝豆
天然ヒラメとスルメイカの刺身
水菜とシラスとブロッコリーのサラダ
地鶏香草焼き マッシュポテトグラタン添え
地鶏は皮目をフライパンでこんがり焼きあげて、ローズマリーとペパーミントをたっぷり乗せてオーブンで焼き上げます。
皮はパリパリ、肉はしっとりジューシー。
美味しいです。
本日のワイン
1本目 オリオル・ロッセール ロゼ NV 1,780円
今日は泡にしました。オリオル・ロッセール ロゼは美味しいです・
手作業の動瓶作業ならではのキメ細やかな泡、甘酸っぱいイチゴを思わせる赤い果実味が口の中いっぱいに広がります。
自家葡萄園でオーガニック栽培されたガルナッチャとピノ・ノワールのブレンドです。
今日みたいに蒸し暑い日に、キンキンに冷やしたロゼ・スパークリングワインは最高ですね。
2本目 ベル・デュ・スッド ピノ・ノワール 2023
2本目に行くつもりはなかったのですが、なんか飲み足りなくて、少しだけ飲もうとラングドックのピノ・ノワールを開けました。
グランメゾン東京を観ながら飲んでたら、結局全部飲んじゃいました。
一人で2本は飲みすぎですね。
いかん。

NETFLIX WAS AFRAID.
For some reason, I watched the first episode of TV drama “Grand Maison Tokyo” at Netflix.
Then I continued watching until the third episode and fell asleep.
This is not good.

Herb-grilled Chicken with Mashed Potatoes au Gratin
The skin of the chicken is browned in a frying pan, topped with a generous amount of rosemary and peppermint, and baked in the oven.
The skin is crispy and the flesh is moist and juicy.
It’s delicious.
Wine of the Day
1st Oriol Rossell Rose NV 1,780 yen
Today I chose a sparkling wine. Oriol Rossell rose is delicious.
I felt the fine bubbles unique to the craftsman’s hand-work and the red fruits flavor reminiscent of sweet and sour strawberries.
It is a blend of Garnacha and Pinot Noir, organically grown in the estate vineyard.
On a hot and humid day like today, a chilled rose sparkling wine is the best.
2nd Belle du Sud Pinot Noir 2023
I wasn’t going to go to the second one, but I didn’t have enough to drink, so I opened a Pinot Noir in Languedoc to drink a little.
I drank it while watching Grand Maison Tokyo, and I ended up drinking it all.
Two bottles of wine is too much for one person.
I don’t know.
