自家葡萄園で栽培したメルローとシラーのブレンドです。
きめ細やかな果実味、キレイな酸とまろやかな渋み。
さらりと喉を通るピュアな口当たり。
ガッチリ冷やして美味しい赤ワインです。
今日のステーキにピッタリでした。

It is an organic wine from Penedes, Spain.
It is a blend of Merlot and Syrah grown in the estate vineyards.
I felt fine fruits flavor, beautiful acidity and mellow astringency.
I also felt a pure mouthfeel that passes smoothly through the throat.
It is a delicious red wine that is chilled.
It was perfect for today’s steak.
