よく降る雨です。
傷めた喉ですが、耳鼻科で抗生剤を処方してもらい痛みはなくなりました。
でも声がかすれて出にくいです。
ドクターからは声をだすな、と言われていますが不便です。
今日の料理は居酒屋メニュー。

サンプルのオレンジワイン 2023
7月発売予定の新商品、マルキドボーラン オレンジワインの試飲サンプルが一本残っていました。
これは、不採用になったブレンドですが、とても美味しいです。
甘みを感じるほどのフレッシュなフルーツ感と、オレンジならでは程よい渋み。
酸とミネラル感もしっかり充分。
美味しいです。
採用になったサンプルは、このワインをさらにバランスよく仕上げた感じで、さらに美味しいです。

But my voice is hoarse and hard to come out.
The doctor tells me not to speak, but it’s inconvenient.

Sample Orange Wine 2023
There was still one tasting sample of the new product scheduled to be released in July, the Marquis de Beau Rond Orange Wine.
This is a blend that has been rejected, but it is very tasty.
It has a fresh fruitiness that makes you feel the sweetness and a moderate astringency unique to orange.
The acid and minerality are also sufficient.
It’s delicious.
The sample that was adopted is a more balanced version of this wine, and it is even more delicious.
