ハンバーグのタネは、あまりこねずに前の日に仕込んで一晩冷蔵庫で寝かせています。
しっとり、ふっくら仕上がって、とってもおいしい。

マルキドボーラン ロゼ 2022 1,080円
やっぱり美味しい。このロゼおいしいです。
この価格帯のロゼって、なんか甘ったるかったり、味が全然なかったりすることがありますが、これは本当に美味しいです。
ストロベリーやラズベリーを思わせる赤い果実の酸に、チャーミングなフルーツ感。
フルーティーでありながら、しっかりとしたミネラル感もあって、とっても爽やか。
ラングドック産のグルナッシュ、シラー、メルローのブレンドです。
