東京は大雪の予想でしたが、雪は少し振っただけ。
冷たい雨が降りしきる寒い一日となりました。

鶏雑炊
昨日の鍋のスープを使って雑炊を作りました。
これ、すごく旨かったです。
本日のワイン
マルキドボーラン シャルドネ 2023 1,080円
お刺身、やきとり、雑炊に合わせるワインって何？ と迷いました。
迷ったときはマルキドボーラン。
なかでもシャルドネはオールマイティー。
バランスよく、厚みがあって、雑味が皆無。
どんな料理にも良く合います。
まるでジョーカーのようなワインですね。

It goes well with any dish.
