本日、予定通りdaimajoさまが退院しました。
退院の手続きや、帰宅後もやることがいっぱいあって、ヘトヘトにつかれました。

生牡蠣
サーモン、モッツァレラ、生ハム、苺、アボカド、アスパラガスのサラダ
湯豆腐
ハンバーグ
ハンバーグは前に作って冷凍しておいたもの。
冷凍でも美味しかったです。
本日のワイン
コノスル マルベック 2023 910円
ふらりと立ち寄った近所のファミリーマートの棚に、コノスルのマルベックを発見。
あれ？コノスルにマルベックなんかあったんだ。と、購入してみました。
私、あまり好みではないチリワインが多い中でも、コノスルは好きです。
で、飲んでビックリ、美味しいです。
厚みのある果実味、ほどよい酸とまろやかな渋み。
雑味のないピュアな口当たり。
マルキドボーランのメルローとシラーを足して二で割ったような味わいです。
これで、税込910円はリーズナブルですね。
ネットで調べたら、ファミマ限定のワインでした。やりますね。
裏ラベルにハンバーグに良く合うと書いてありました。
たしかに良く合いましたよ。

Today, my wife was discharged from the hospital as scheduled.
There were a lot of things to do after she was discharged from the hospital and after I got home, and I was exhausted.

The hamburger steak was made before and frozen.
It was delicious even frozen.
Wine of the Day
Cono Sur Malbec 2023 910 yen
On the shelf of a nearby FamilyMart I stopped by, I found a Malbec from Cono Sur.
That? There was a Malbec in Cono Sur. I bought it.
There are many Chilean wines that I don’t really like, but I like Cono Sur.
I was surprised to drink it, and it was delicious.
I felt thick fruits flavor, moderate acidity and mellow tannin.
I also felt pure mouthfeel without any miscellaneous taste.
It tastes like the Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot and Syrah added and divided in two.
With this, 910 yen including tax is reasonable.
When I looked it up on the internet, it was a wine limited to Famima.
It was written on the back label that it goes well with hamburger.
It certainly went well with my hamburger.
