確定申告をスマートフォンのマイナポータルで作成して、電子送信をしました。
今まではパソコンで書類を作成して書面で提出していたのですが、マイナポータルの方が格段に早くて簡単でした。
世の中、どんどん変わっていきますね。
今日の料理
ノルウェーサーモン、モッツァレラ、リンゴ、ブロッコリー、オリーヴ、トマトのサラダ
麻婆豆腐
鮭のワイン蒸し
私はアレルギーがあって生のリンゴが食べられません。
リンゴをいったんブランデーでソテーして、冷蔵庫で冷やしてからサラダに乗せました。
生のリンゴより美味しいかも、でした。
本日のワイン
シャトー フォングラーヴ ボルドーロゼ 2022 1,680円
ボルドー・サンマケル地区で収穫したメルロー100％で仕込まれたロゼワイン。
白ワインかと思うほどの淡いピンク色。
ピュアな果実の風味に、イチゴを思わせるチャーミングな酸味。
すうっと飲めてしまう口当たりの良さです。
料理にサーモンを使ったので、ロゼワイン色を合わせてみたのですが、正解でした。
あと、昨日飲み残したピエモンテのワインも飲みました。
美味しかったです。飲みすぎです。

I prepared my tax return on my smartphone’s Myna Portal and sent it electronically.
Until now, I had to create documents on a computer and submit them in writing, but Myna Portal was much faster and easier.
The world is changing rapidly.
Today’s Dish
Norwegian Salmon, Mozzarella, Apple, Olive, Broccoli and Tomato Salad

Steamed Salmon in wine
I have allergies and can’t eat raw apples.
I sauteed the apples in brandy and chilled them in the fridge before putting them on a salad.
It tasted better than raw apples.
Wine of the Day
Chateau Fongrave Bordeaux Rose 2022 1,680 yen
It is a rose wine made from 100% Merlot harvested in Saint-Macaire region of Bordeaux.
It has a pale pink color that makes you think it’s white wine.
I felt pure fruits flavor with a charming acidity reminiscent of strawberries.
It has a good mouthfeel that you can drink quickly.
I used salmon in the dish, so I tried to match the rosé wine color, and it was the right answer.
I also drank the Piemonte wines that I had left over yesterday.
It was delicious. I drink too much.
