本日、多忙につき Uber Eats で餃子の王将です。
年末から、2度注文が出来なかった王将ですが、今回は大丈夫でした。
チャーハンとニラレバ炒めも付けました。
たまに食べる王将の餃子ですが、やっぱ旨いですね。
本日のワイン
マルキドボーラン シャルドネ 2022 1,080円
現行のヴィンテージは2023年ですが、これは自宅セラーに残った最後の2022年。
新鮮な果実の風味、ふくらみのあるボディ、酸とミネラル感のほどよいバランス。
マルキドボーランのシャルドネはかなりの熟成に耐えること、以前から分かっています。
この2022年もまだまだいけそうです。

Today, I took Osho Gyoza on Uber Eats.
Since the end of the year, Osho Gyoza was not able to order twice, but this time it was okay.
I also took a fried rice and a stir-fried leeks.
I sometimes eat Osho Gyoza’s dumplings.
They are delicious.
Wine of the Day
Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2022 1,080 yen
The current vintage is 2023, but this is the last 2022 that remained in my home cellar.
I felt fresh fruits flavor, puffy body, just the right balance of acidity and minerality.
I have known for a long time that the Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay has a potential of aging.
I think you can keep this vintage to expect a good aging.
