国産牛のステーキ ブルーベリーソース
真鯛のカルパッチョに、シャインマスカットをトッピングしました。美味しいです。
1本 ラ・クロワ・クラシオ ピクプール・ド・ピネ 2023 2,000円
今日は上等な白ワインが飲みたい気分にピッタリなのが、このラングドック産のピクプールです。
自家畑で有機栽培をしたブドウを丁寧に仕込んでいます。
厚みのある豊かな果実味、グレープフルーツを思わせる柑橘系の酸、深いミネラル感。
どこまでもピュアな澄み切った味わい。
これ、すごーくおいしい！
いや、ほんとに良いワインです。
2本目 ラ・クロワ・グラシオ ピノ・ノワール 2022 3,000円
自家畑で有機栽培をしたピノ・ノワールで仕込むワイナリーのトップキュヴェです。
これ、すごい。
これまでのヴィンテージも素晴らしいピノ・ノワールでしたが、この新ヴィンテージはこれまでの中でも突出したクオリティーだと思います。
ピノ・ノワールならではの赤い果実の風味が幾重にも重なります。
酸、渋み、ミネラル感、他、複雑でエレガントなすべての味わいが非常に高いポイントで絶妙なバランスを見せています。
これ、すごい。
とても高いブルゴーニュを思わせる風格を感じます。
これ、箱買いしても良いと思いました。

It’s delicious.
1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinat 2023 2,000 yen
When I am in the mood for a glass of fine white wine today, this Picpoul from Languedoc is the perfect place to start.
It is made from organically grown grapes in the estate vineyards.
I felt thick and rich fruits flavor, citrus acid reminiscent of grapefruit, and deep minerality.
I also felt very pure and clear taste.
It is so delicious!

It’s a really good wine.
2nd La Croix Gratiot Pinot Noir 2022 3,000 yen
It is a top cuvee from a winery made from Pinot Noir grown organically in the estate vineyards.
This is amazing!
Previous vintages have been great Pinot Noir, but I think this new vintage is of the best quality ever.
Pinot Noir’s unique red fruit flavor is layered on top of each other.
Acidity, astringency, minerality, and all the other complex and elegant flavors are perfectly balanced at a very high point.
This is amazing!
I feel a style reminiscent of a very expensive Burgundy.
I thought it would be good to buy a box of this.
