庭のドクダミ草が白い花をつけました。
抜いても、抜いても、また生えてくる厄介な雑草ですが、毎年この時期だけは花が咲くのが楽しみです。

ラザニア
今日もラザニアは上手に焼きあがりました。
ソースはもちろん手づくりです。
美味しいっ！
1本目 ノストラーダ マカベオ ムスカ 2021 1,000円
スペイン内陸部カスティーヤ産の白ワイン。
スペイン原産種のマカベオにマスカットをブレンド。
しっかりとしたボディと酸に、マスカットの華やかな香りがよくマッチしています。
何気なくおいしい良いワインだと思います。
2本目 ノストラーダ テンプラニーリョ 2021 1,000円
スペイン・カタルーニャ州の地中海に面する古代都市、タラゴナ周辺で栽培されたテンプラニーリョで仕込まれた赤ワイン。
密度の高い果実味と、しっかりとした渋み。
濃厚でありながら、口当たりはさらりとしているリラックスワインならではの味わいです。
今日のラザニアにも良く合いました。

1st Nostrada Macabeo Muscat 2021 1,000 yen
It is a white wine from Castilla in inland Spain.
It is a blend of Muscat with Macabeo, a species native to Spain.
The firm body and acid are well matched with the gorgeous scent of Muscat.
I think it’s a good wine that tastes good casually.
2nd Nostrada Tempranillo 2021 1,000 yen
It is a red wine made in Tempranillo cultivated around Tarragona, an ancient city facing the Mediterranean Sea in Catalonia, Spain.
I felt a dense fruits flavor and firm astringency.
It has a rich yet smooth mouthfeel unique to the Relax Wine.
It also went well with today’s lasagna.
