今年、初めての庭の草むしり。
いつの間にか、凄いことになっていました。
とりあえず一時間頑張って、２袋分の雑草をとりました。
結構、ヘロヘロ。先が思いやられます。
夕食は、気温が低めなので、水炊き鍋にします。
たぶん、今シーズン最後の鍋です。
朝から、鶏ガラと鳥皮でスープをとります。
今日も、よいスープがとれました。
前菜は、富山産ホタルイカと境港銀鮭の刺身
水炊き鍋、美味しいです。
１本目 ベルクール ブラン・ド・ブラン NV 1,350円
ラングドック産のスパークリングワイン。
リラックスワインの中では、地味目な存在ですが、これが普通にとても美味しい。
何も考えなくて、飲める感じがいいんです。
味わいのレポートは省略します。
普通においしいです。
2本目 チェイス・ザ・グレープ チルレッド 2022 3,000円
山梨県産のマスカット・ベーリーAを主体に、メルローをブレンドした赤ワイン。
なんとなく、水炊き鍋に合うんじゃないかな、と思って抜いてみました。
はい、ばっちりです。
息子が造ったワインなので、味わいのレポートは省略します。
おいしいです。

I weeded my garden for the first time in this year.
I didn’t know the situation of the garden was terrible.
Anyway, I worked hard for an hour and took two bags of weeds.
I am considerate of the future.
For dinner, the temperature is low, so I cooked Mizutaki-Nabe.
Maybe it was the last Mizutaki-Nabe in this season.
In the morning, I took a broth with chicken stock and chicken skin.
I was able to get a good soup, as well.
The starter was Sashimi.
The Mizutaki-Nabe was very delicious.
1st Bellecourt Blanc de Blanc NV 1,350 yen
It is a sparkling wine from Languedoc.
It’s a low-key part of relaxing wines, but it’s usually very tasty.
I don’t have to think about anything, and I like the feeling of being able to drink.
The taste report is omitted.
It’s usually tasty.
2nd Chase the Grape Chill Red 2022 3,000 yen
It is a red wine made from mainly of Muscat Bailey and Merlot grown in Yamanashi.
Somehow, I thought it would fit in a Mizutaki-Nabe, so I chose this one.

Since the wine was made by my son, I will omit the taste report.
It’s delicious.
