今年最初のビン・缶回収日。
我が家のビンだけで、カゴがいっぱいです。
ご迷惑をおかけします。
今日は水炊き鍋。
朝から鶏ガラをコトコト煮込んで6時間。
今日もよいスープがとれました。
上出来、上出来。
1本目 マルキドボーラン シャルドネ 2022 980円
今年最初のマルキのシャルドネです。
しっかりとした果実味、ほどよい酸とミネラル感。
ピュアで綺麗な口当たり。
シャルドネならではのエレガンスがいっぱい。
今年も、これ、いっぱい飲みます。
2本目マルキドボーラン カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン 2022 980円
マルキのカベルネも今年最初の一本です。
カベルネならではのベリー系の果実味、心地の良い渋みと酸。
たっぷりの飲みごたえと、サラリとしたエレガントな口当たり。
飲むたびに、なぜこの赤ワインが長くリラックスワインのベストセラーなのかが、実によくわかります。
今年もお世話になります。

My bottles alone were full of a basket.

I cooked Mizutaki-Nabe.
Chicken stock was stewed from the morning for 6 hours.

1st Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2022 980 yen
This is the first Marquis’s Chardonnay of this year.
I felt firm fruits flavor, moderate acidity and minerality.
It has very pure and beautiful mouthfeel.
Also, it has full of Chardonnay’s unique elegance.
I’m going to drink a lot of this again this year.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 980 yen
Marquis’s Cabernet is also the first one of this year.
I felt a unique Cabernet’s berry fruitiness, pleasant astringency and acidity.
It has a generous drink and a smooth and elegant mouthfeel.
Every time I drink it, I really understand why this red wine is the best-selling long-lasting Relax Wine.
