山梨県甲府市で混植栽培した甲州とマスカットベーリーＡのブレンド。
熟成が進むにつれて、色合いがロゼワインっぽくなっています。
醸し発酵をかけているので、果皮からくるコクと微かな渋みを感じます。
うん、美味しいです。
手巻き寿司にも、良く合いましたよ。
