慶び事があり、家族でパークハイアット東京に宿泊し、お祝いをする事になりました。
奮発してデラックスツインルーム。
ジムで汗を流した後は、部屋でシャンパーニュ。
夕日に染まる富士山が綺麗です。
なんとも贅沢な時間です。
夕食は、ニューヨークグリル。何度も訪れた大好きなレストラン。
我が国を代表するホテルダイニングですが、来年から改装のためしばらく営業を休止するとのこと。
改装前のこのダイニングで食事をするのは、これが最後ですね。
今日はお勧めのコースで料理をいただきました。
素晴らしいお皿の数々に感動です。
メインの宮崎牛のサーロインは、舌の上でとろけます。
ワインは特別に持ち込みでお願いしました。

今日のワインも大当たり。
日本の銘醸ワイン、ニューヨークグリルのお料理にもぴったりでした。
デザートのイチゴのソースを、べったりとジャケットにこぼしました。
ああ、やっちゃた。
思い出に残る素晴らしいディナーを頂きました。
ありがとうございます。
部屋に戻って、夜景を見ながら、もう一度シャンパーニュ。
予定通り、ソファーで寝落ちしました。

We had some celebration, and my family decided to stay at Park Hyatt Tokyo and celebrate.
Deluxe twin room.
After working up a sweat at the gym, it’s time for a glass of champagne.
Mt. Fuji dyed in the sunset is beautiful.
What a luxurious time.
We had a dinner at the New York Grill.
It is my favorite restaurant that I have visited many times.
It is a hotel dining that represents Japan, but it will be closed for a while due to renovations from next year.
This will be the last time we will eat in this dining room before the renovation.
Today, I had a meal with the recommended course.
I am impressed by the number of wonderful plates.
The main Miyazaki beef sirloin melts on my tongue.
I asked for BYO, a special bottle of Japan Wine.

Today’s wines were also a big hit.
It was perfect for the dishes of Japan’s famous wine, New York Grill.
I spilled the strawberry sauce for dessert on my jacket.
Oh, I did it.
We had a wonderful dinner that I will never forget.

Back in the room, while looking at the night view, champagne again.
As planned, I felt asleep on the sofa.
