南アフリカ・西ケープ産のシャルドネです。
パンゴリンも、リラックスワインが輸入を開始した20年以上前から続くロングセラー。
南アフリカのシャルドネならではの厚みのある果実味。
ほどよい酸としっかりとしたミネラル感。
邪魔な味の一切ないピュアな口当たり。
キムチ鍋の辛みをしっかりと受け止めます。
美味しい！
2本目 オーダシア シュナン・ブラン 2022 サンプル試飲 4,180円
ワタシが輸入のコンサルタント担当している南アフリカ・ステレンボッシュの白ワイン。
今回も再入荷したワインの品質確認です。
インポーターのティーライフは、ルイボスティーの大手販売店。
オーダシアは、ルイボスの茎とハニーブッシュの抗酸化作用を利用して酸化防止剤を一切使わずにワインの醸造を行っています。
一本目のパンゴリンをさらに上回るシュナンブランならでは濃厚な果実味。
ピュアで自然な酸とミネラル感があふれ出ます。
亜硫酸無添加ワインならではの、やさしい口当たりも印象的です。
瓶のほかに缶入りのワインもあります。
中身のワインは同じですが、缶の方は微量の泡があって爽やかです。
いや、良いワインです。凄く美味しいです。

It is a Chardonnay from the Western Cape, South Africa.
Pangolin has also been a long-seller for more than 20 years, when Relax Wine began to be imported.
I felt thick fruits flavor unique to South African Chardonnay.
I also felt moderate acidity and firm minerality.
It has a very pure mouthfeel with no disturbing taste.
It well received the spiciness of the Kimchi Nabe.

2nd Audacia Chenin Blanc 2022 Sample tasting 4,180 yen
It is a white wine from Stellenbosch, South Africa, which I am in charge of importing consultants.
This is also a confirmation of the quality of the wine that has been restocked.
Importer Tea Life is a major retailer of rooibos tea.
Audacia uses the antioxidant properties of rooibos stems and honeybush to make wine without any antioxidants.
It has a rich fruit flavor unique to Chenin Blanc, which surpasses the first Pangolin.
It overflows with pure and natural acidity and minerality.
The gentle mouthfeel unique to sulfite-free wine is also impressive.
In addition to bottles, there are also cans of wine.
The wine inside is the same, but the can is refreshing with a little bubble.
