真鯛のカルパッチョ
生ハムとブロッコリーのサラダ
鹿児島黒豚ヒレ肉とリンゴのソテー
カルパッチョのトッピングは、地元岡上産のイチゴ。今シーズンの初物です。
美味しかったです！
1本目 オリオル・ロッセール チノチャノ シャレロ・ムスカ 2021 1,350円
スペイン・ペネデス産のオーガニックワイン。
自家葡萄園で収穫したシャレロとマスカットのブレンドです。
青いリンゴを、すぱっと切ったようなみずみずしいアロマ。とにかく透明感の強い澄み切った口当たり。
とにかくピュアで爽やかなワインです。
2本目 マルキドボーラン カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン 2022 980円
リラックスワイン売上ナンバーワンのマルキドボーランのカベルネ。
もちろん我が家の定番ワインでもありますが、家で飲むのは久しぶりですね。
豊かな果実味、バランスの良い酸、エレガントなタンニン、心地よいアフターテイスト。
やっぱりすごく美味しいです。
今日のヒレ肉とリンゴのソテーにもぴったりでした。

Today’s carpaccio was topped with strawberries from the local Okagami Village. This is the first of the season.
It was delicious!
1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-Lo Muscat 2022 1,350 yen
It is an organic wine from Penedes, Spain.
It is a blend of Xarel-Lo and Muscat harvested from our own vineyard.
I felt a fresh aroma that looks like a blue apple sliced.
Anyway, it has a clear mouthfeel with a strong sense of transparency.
Anyway, it is a pure and refreshing wine.
2nd Marquis de Boland Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 980 yen
The Marquis de Boulin’s Cabernet is the number one selling relaxing wine.
Of course, it’s also a staple wine in our house, but it’s been a long time since I’ve drunk it at home.
Rich fruitiness, well-balanced acidity, elegant tannins and pleasant aftertaste.
After all, it is very tasty.
