何かと慌ただしく過ぎた一日。
今日のお料理。
生牡蠣
メバチマグロ、アボカド、長芋のタルタル
カリカリベーコンとブロッコリーのサラダ
地鶏の香草焼き
大変よく出来ました。
1本目 奥出雲ワイン シャルドネ 2021 3,000円
うーむ、やっぱり奥出雲のシャルドネは、抜群に美味しいです。
柑橘系のフルーツと、トロピカル系のフルーツが絶妙なバランス。
綺麗な酸と心地よいミネラル感。
とても華やかなスタイルですが、落ち着いた佇まいも併せて持っています。
ブルゴーニュの優れたドメーヌが造るプルミエクリュ級のエレガンスを感じます。
日本のシャルドネとしては間違いなくトップレベルです。
これは、お値打ちのワインです。
今日はワインは一本で、おしまい。
あと、珍しくウイスキーを、少々いただきました。

1st Oku Izumo Wine Chardonnay 2021 3,000 yen
Well, after all, Oku Izumo’s Chardonnay is outstandingly delicious.
A perfect balance of citrus fruits and tropical fruits.
Beautiful acid and pleasant minerality.
It has a very gorgeous style, but it also has a calm appearance.
You can feel the elegance of the Première Cru class made by the excellent Domaine of Burgundy.
It is definitely one of the best Chardonnays in Japan.
This is a good value wine.
I’m going to have a bottle of wine today, and that’s it.
Also, I had a little whiskey, which was unusual.
