今日のお料理は、地中海風チラシ寿司です。
握り寿司、巻き寿司に比べると、チラシ寿司は国際的には、まだあまりポピュラーではないようです。
チラシ寿司をwordの自動翻訳にかけると、flyer sushiと変換されます。

1本目 マルキドボーラン ロゼ 2020 980円 新入荷
昨年末、ワイナリーから良質なブドウの調達が難しいので、ロゼの生産はやめます。と、一方的に通達がありました。
個人的にマルキドボーランのロゼは大好きなワインだったのでとても残念。
でもロゼはマルキドボーランの中で、一番売れていないワインなので、まあ、仕方ないな。と、諦めていったん終売となりました。
すると何故、マルキドボーランのロゼが無くなったのか？とのお問い合わせが引も切らさず届きました。特に飲食店さんからの問い合わせが多数あり、これは何とかしたいと気を取り直し、ワイナリーと交渉の結果、年間6,000本限定で、ロゼの生産を再開してもらえる事になりました。
ブレンドの自由が欲しいという理由から、ワイン名が、以前のグルナッシュ・シラーロゼから、ただのロゼに変わりました。今回は、少量のメルローがブレンドされています。
そのワインが、今回入荷しました。
はい、よかったです。
で、このロゼ、すごく美味しいです。
淡いピンク色、とてもピュアな口当たり、きれいな赤い果実味に、しなやかな酸、豊かなミネラル感。
このロゼ、凄く美味しいです。
さて別件、裏ラベルを見てびっくり。
ワインの名前の日本語表記が、なんとピノ・ノワールになっています。
げげー！
最終構成のラベルデータは、ちゃんとロゼだったのにー！？
印刷段階で、ピノ・ノワールにすり替わってしまったようです。
仕方がないので、これからシールを作って上貼りします。
販売開始まで、しばらくお待ちください。

こちらは、正真正銘のピノ・ノワール。
南のワインとは思えない冷涼感あふれるエレガントなピノ・ノワールです。
文句なしに美味しい。

Because of the desire for freedom to blend, the name of the wine was changed from Grenache Syrard rose to just rose.
This time, a small amount of Merlot is blended.
The wine is now in stock.

And this rose is very delicious.
I felt pale pink color, very pure mouthfeel, beautiful red fruit taste, supple acid and rich minerality.
