庭のカベルネが元気です。
開花がほぼ終わり、実をつけ始めました。
今日のお料理。
天然メバチマグロ、長芋、アボカドのタルタル
いつものサラダ

大変よく出来ました。
1本目 オリオル・ロッセール キュヴェ エスペシアル NV 1,350円
スペイン・ペネデスの自園でオーガニック栽培されたシャレロ、マカベオ、パレリャーダのブランドで造る職人系カーヴァ。
リラックスワイン輸入開始から25年続くロングセラーです。
いつもながら、きめ細やかな泡、エレガントな酸、長いアフターテイスト。
極めて良いスパークリングワインだと思います。
リラックスワインだけに造られる日本限定キュヴェです。
2本目 Maro Wines ピノ・ノワール ブラン・ド・ノワール 2021
元Niki Hills ワイナリーのワインメーカー麿さんが、独立開業したワイナリー。
これが、ファーストリリースのキュヴェです。
余市町で収穫したピノ・ノワールを北海道上川郡東川町の雪川醸造のセラーを借りて仕込んでいます。
収穫後ブドウはすぐにプレス。淡いロゼ色を引き出しています。
味わいは、とてもピュアでチャーミング。
ピノ・ノワールのブドウがはっきりと見える自然な味わい。
美味しいです、とても美味しいです。
今年中に新しく自社のセラーも建設する予定とのこと。
Maro Wine、目が離せませんね。

1st Oriol Rossell Cuvee Especial NV 1350 yen
This sparkling wine is one of the longest seller wines in Relax Wine.
I started importing this one since 1998.
It is made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada grown in the estate vineyards in Penedes by organic method.
I felt fine babbles, nice fruits, good acidity and minerals.
I was sure again that it has an outstanding quality in this class.
2nd Maro Wines Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir 2022
Maro Wines is the new winery established by Mr. Maro who used to be the wine maker of Niki Hills winery in Hokkaido.
It is the first released cuvée in the winery.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Yoichi Hokkaido.
The wine was produced at the cellar of Yukikawa Winery in Higashikawa Hokkaido.
The color is very light pink.
I felt charming red berries, elegant acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
It was a very tasty Pinot Noir.
Mr. Maro will build his own winery in this year.
I am looking forward to tasting his other wines soon.
