本日は出張で郡山。
商談終了後、磐梯熱海温泉に泊まります。
全10室の小さなお宿。すべての部屋には温泉がひかれています。
とても手の込んだ上品な会津料理をいただきました。
春を感じる鮮やかなお皿の数々。
ワインはお約束のお持ち込み。
“こことある”のシャルドネ 2021は、ブルースが与市のシャルドネで仕込んだファースト・ヴィンテージ。
ピュアでナチュラル感あふれる優しい味わい。
さすがブルース、ブドウのエッセンスを見事に表現しています。
山崎ワイナリーのピノ・ノワール ブラックラベル2019は、果実味あふれる魅惑の味わい。
メリハリのしっかりとしたピノ・ノワールならではエレガンス。
最近飲んだピノ・ノワールの中でも群を抜いて素晴らしいワインでした。
どちらのワインも今夜のお料理を鮮やかに引き立ててくれました。
夕食の後はお部屋の露天風呂で温泉三昧。
ああ、幸せ。。。

I had a business trip to Koriyama.
After an important business meeting.
I stayed in Bandai-Atami Onsen.
I chose a small traditional hotel in this time.
I had an excellent local traditional cuisine.
Every dish was so beautiful.
I enjoyed all of the elegant dishes very much.
I brought two bottles of Hokkaido wine.
1st Kokotoaru Chardonnay 2021
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Yoichi.
Then the grapes were sent to 10R Winery in Iwamizawa and produced by Bruce Gutlove.
I was sure again that Bruce produces only outstanding wine.
I felt very natural fruits, elegant citrus, soft & mild minerals.
My palate never felt any stress.
Does it really have an alcohol?
So delicious.
2nd Yamazaki Winery Pinot Noir Black Label 2019
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the estate vineyard in Mikasa.
I felt very fine aroma, concentrated red berries, pure acidity and seamless tannin.
It was an outstanding Pinot Noir made in Japan.
The style was truly pure, charming and elegant.
It was the most excellent Pinot Noir I have tasted recently.
Both of the wines were really good for the cuisines today.
I was so happy today!
