このワインの輸入コンサルタントをワタシが務めております。
インポーターのティーライフは、ルイボスティーの大手販売店。オーダシアは、ルイボスの茎とハニーブッシュの抗酸化作用を利用して酸化防止剤を一切使わずにワインの醸造を行っています。
で、このワイン、凄く美味しいです。
シュナンブランならでは、厚みのある豊かな果実味に、ピュアで自然な酸とミネラル感があふれます。
しっかりとした味わいに、どこかホッコリとした優しさがあります。
いや、良いワインです。凄く美味しいです。

2本目 オーダシア コードブレイカー 2021 サンプル試飲 2,750円
赤は、メルローとカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンのブレンド。同じく酸化防止剤を使用せずにルイボスの茎とハニーブッシュを使ってワインを造っています。
亜硫酸無添加ワインならではの柔らかな風味。
完熟したブドウそのものを感じる果実感、エレガントな酸、角のない上品な渋み。
南アらしいフルボディのスタイルですが、まろやかで柔らかい口あたりがユニークです。
良いワインです。

I cooked dinner.
They were casual traditional dishes, which we call them “Izakaya Menu”.
They were very nice!
1st Audacia Chenin Blanc 2022 4180 yen Sample Tasting
I checked the quality of this new arrival, which I am in charge of the import consultant.
Tea Life, which is the importer of Audacia, is a major Rooibos tea distributer.
Audacia wine is made using antioxidants extracted from Rooibos and Honeybush plants that are used in the winemaking process.
They don’t use any sulfur.
Anyway, this Chenin Blanc, which is made in Stellenbosch South Africa, is a very nice white wine.
I felt concentrated rich fruits, pure acidity and fine minerals.
I also felt a bouncing flavor and a delicate-moderate mouthfeel.
This one is a very good white wine.
Very delicious!!
2nd Audacia Code Breaker 2021 2750 yen Sample Tasting
The red is made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon produced using Rooibos and Honeybush plants instead of sulfur.
I felt a very soft mouthfeel.
I felt pure grape, elegant acidity and seamless tannin.
It is a typical style of Stellenbosch full-bodied but also a very elegant red wine.
This one is a very good red wine.
