今夜は、新百合ヶ丘の “さとう” さんでお寿司です。
ワタシの最近の生活の中で、最も楽しみな時間のひとつ。
お刺身、最高です。
地元産の栗の天ぷら、初めて食べました。
お寿司も最高。美味しすぎます。
ワインはキザンの赤と白を持ち込みました。
お寿司にこれ以上合うワインをワタシは知りません。
至福のひと時です。
勢いついて、今日はもう一軒。
すぐ近くにある川崎の蔵邸ワイナリー山田さんが経営するワインバー “ Lilly’s by promety” に伺いました。
山田さん、いましたよ。
ワインリストにない蔵邸ワイナリーのペティアンをいただきました。
すっきりとした辛口、香り豊かでふくよか。
とても美味しいペティアンでした。
山田さん、ご馳走さまでした。

No Wine Day

I went to Shin-Yurigaoka and had a nice sushi-dinner at Sato.
The dinner at Sato is one of my happiest times recently.
I enjoyed the dinner very, very much.
I brought a bottle of Kizan white wine and red wine today.
Both of them were excellent.
I don’t know any wine which is better for sushi than these Kizan red & white.
It was the happiest dinner for me.
Then I visited to “Lilly’s by promety”, which is a nice wine bar near Sato.
The wine bar is owned by Kuratei Winery in Kawasaki.
Mr. Yamada, who is the owner of the winery and wine bar, welcomed me.
I enjoyed his sparkling wine and cooking.
