1本目 セイズファーム ロゼ 2021
富山県氷見市のセイズファーム。
いまや入手困難なワイナリーのひとつですね。
これは自社圃場で栽培したカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンとメルローで仕込んだロゼワイン。
溌溂とした新鮮なベリーの風味、きれいな酸と豊かなミネラル感。
うーん、美味しい。とても、素直に分かりやすく美味しいワインです。
人気の理由がよくわかりました。
2本目 神戸ワイン サクラカルテット 2020
神戸市で収穫したヤマ・ソーヴィニヨン52％、シラー18％、ムールヴェドル18％、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン12％で仕込まれた赤ワイン。
サクラの樹を使用した樽で熟成しています。
なるほど、桜の香りが。。。うーん、しないかな？
新鮮な赤い果実の酸が印象的。
シラー、ムールヴェドルと聞くと濃厚な渋みの強いワインを想像しますが、これはさすが日本ワイン。
サラリとした上品な口当たり。
しっかりとした酸と、心地の良いタンニンが味わいに深みを与えています。
これ、美味しいです。なんか、これ、新境地ですね。
神戸ワインには、こういうユニークな意欲作もあるんですよ。

1st Says Farm Rose 2021
Says Farm is a very poplar winery in Toyama, whose wines are difficult to find.
This rose is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown in the estate vineyard in Himi.
I felt charming-fresh berries, beautiful acidity and fine minerals.
It was so tasty. The taste was very pure and natural.
I understand why the winery is so popular.
2nd Kobe Wine Sakura Quartet 2020
It is made from 52% Yama Sauvignon, 18% Syrah, 18% Mourvedre and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Kobe.
The wine was matured in the cherry (sakura) cask.
Well, I felt a cherry flavor…. No, I didn’t feel it.
I felt fresh red fruits, clear-sharp acidity and elegant tannins.
When you hear the grape name of Syrah – Mourvedre, you may think it is full-bodied red wine.
However, it is a charming-elegant red wine.
It is a very delicious red wine.
Kobe Wine produces such unique wine, too.
