午前中、庭の草むしり。
約2時間で、70Lポリ袋2個分の収穫がありました。
キレイになったけど、もうへろへろ。
さて今夜は、プライヴェートな焼肉パーティー。
黒毛和牛は、やっぱり美味しいです。
ワインも奮発系。
1本目 平川ワイナリー ソリチュード 2020
余市の平川さんのワイン、久しぶりに飲みました。
この恐るべき透明感。このピュアな美しさは平川さんならではですね。
凄い！
2本目 NIKI HILLS メルロー 2019
昨年、ワイナリーを訪問した時にお土産でいただいた特別なボトル。
このメルロー、ずば抜けて美味しいです。
このなめらかな舌触りは、今まで飲んだ日本のメルローの中でもピカイチです。
素晴らしい！
3本目 トゥア・リータ レディガフィ 2007
我が家、秘蔵のイタリアワイン。
特にお祝いでも何でもないのに衝動的に抜いてしまいました。
NIKI HILLISのメルローが最高に美味しかったので、さらに凄いメルローを飲もうっ！
って、勢いって怖いですね。
いや、いや、これは神の宿る系のワインでした。
15年熟成とは思えぬ新鮮な果実味と、迷宮に落ち込んだかのような官能的な味わい。
これは、感動！ 感動です！！
超高いワインの味わい。完璧です。今年一番のワインでした。

I weeded my garden in the morning.
I fought the weed again.
I got two big bags of weed.
I was so tired.
I had a private Yakiniku BBQ party in the evening.
So nice! So delicious!
I opened very special wines, as well.
1st Hirakawa Winery Solitude Terre de Yoichi 2020
I tasted Hirakawa Winery at the first time in these two years.
It was a very, very, very pure white wine.
How beautiful wine is this!
2nd NIKI HILLS Winery Merlot 2019
I was gifted this Merlot when I visited to the winery last year.
It is a very special cuvee.
It is an outstanding Japan Merlot!
I felt very, very, very elegant fruits, acidity and tannin.
It was one of the best Merlot wines in Japan, I think.
What a wonderful Merlot is this!
3rd Tua Rita Redigaffi 2007
This super Toscana is my very special stock.
Accidently, I opened this one because the previous bottle was outstanding Japanese Merlot.
I wanted to compare this upper-end Italian Merlot.
Well, the bottle was perfect.
I lost any word.
It was a perfect Merlot for me.
It was the best wine in this year.
I was moved a lot.
