今日も美味しく出来ました。
1本目 サンタ・セラファ ガヴィ・デ・ガヴィ 2020 2,000円
サンタ・セラファはアラルディカが所有するガヴィ専業のワイナリー。
アラルディカとは独立して、ガヴィの中心地で伝統的なワイン造りを続けています。
ヴィンテージが2020年に切り替わりました。
ゆったりとした豊かな果実味に、伸びのある酸と抜群のミネラル感。
ガヴィっていろんなスタイルがありますが、これ正統派のファインワイン。
これ、すごく美味しいです。
高いワインの味がします。
2本目 アルマン・ジョフロワ ジュヴレ・シャンベルタン 2017
少し前のプレミアム・ペログビセットで買いました。
まともに買うと、8,000円くらいするらしい。
いまのブルゴーニュの価格の高騰は、凄まじいものがありますね。
でも、やっぱり良い造り手の良い畑のブルゴーニュは美味しいですね。
同じピノ・ノワールでも、なんか違うんですね、やっぱり。
余裕というか、ゆとりというか。。。高いワインの味がします。
このアルマン・ジョフロワは当たりでした。
8,000円でも、買いたくなる気持ち、わかります。

1st Tenuta Santa Seraffa Gavi di Gavi 2020 2000 yen
Santa Seraffa is a popular Gavi producer owned by Araldica.
The winery and vineyards are located in the central Gavi area and produces a traditional fine Gavi wine.
The vintage has changed to 2020.
I felt very rich fruits, beautiful acidity and extraordinary fine minerals.
There are many styles with Gavi.
This one is a very authentic-traditional-fine Gavi.
It’s so delicious!
I felt an expensive taste of fine wine.
2nd Harmand-Geoffroy Gevrey-Chambertin 2017
I bought this one by my internet wine set.
If you buy this one normally, the price is around 8000 yen recently.
The rising Burgundy wine price is incredible now.
However, it was so tasty.
The fine Burgundy made by a fine “Domaine” and fine vineyards is different, isn’t it.
This one was BINGOO!!
I felt an expensive taste of fine wine.
