新丸ビルのワインバーで、東京出張中の“ふらのワイン”のワインメーカー高橋さん、営業の赤松さんとプチワイン会。
私の持参したユニークなワインと、高橋さんが持参した“ふらのワイン”の非売品Asir Furanni ピノ・ノワール 2020年をお持ちこみ。
Asir Furanni ピノ・ノワールは野生酵母で発酵した試作品とのこと。
柔らかく繊細で、ゆったりとした飲み口の素晴らしいピノ・ノワールでした。
高橋さんは、こうした新しい取り組みを積極的に行っています。
北海道内限定販売のふらのワインですが、今後、一部全国に販路を広げていく計画もあるそうです。
ふらのワイン、これからの展開が楽しみです。
美味しいワインと美味しい料理、久々に会うワイン仲間と過ごす時間、とっても楽しかったです。

I held a small wine tasting party at Rigolrtto Wine and Bar Marunouchi.
I invited Mr. Tkahashi, who is the winemaker of Furano Wine Hokkaido, and Mr. Akamatsu, who is a sales manager of Furano Wine.
We brought unique bottles there.
Mr. Takahashi brought his test product of Pinot Noir not for sale.
The bottles is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the estate vineyards and fermented by wild yeast.
I felt very rich fruits, good acidity and elegant mouthfeel.
The style is very natural, soft and mild.
It is a very fine Pinot Noir.
Furano Wine is sold in only Hokkaido.
However, they are planning to distribute their wine the other area in near future.
I am looking forward to seeing Furano Wine in Tokyo.
