１本目 チェスコン リボッラ・ジャッラ NV 1,150円
イタリア・ヴェネト産のリボッラ・ジャッラ100%で仕込んだサステイナブル・ワイン。
透明な果実味、きれいな酸、心地の良いミネラル感。
ピュアで自然な典型的なリラックスワインのスタイルです。
何度飲んでも、このクオリティーの高さには頭が下がります。
おいしいですよ。
2本目 サンプル試飲
とある新商品の企画で届いたサンプル、ラングドック産のカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンです。
企画自体が取りやめになり、お蔵入り中。
バランスよくキレイにまとまった、とても良く出来たカベルネです。
いつかまた日の目を見る時が来ますように。

It was a very busy day today.
1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla NV
It is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grown in Veneto Italy by sustainable method.
I felt pure fruits, elegant citrus and fine minerals.
The style was very pure, natural and tasty.
It is a typical style of Relax Wine.
I always admire this one when I taste.
Very good!
2nd Sample wine tasting
It is a sample wine for some new wine producing plan.
It is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Languedoc.
Unfortunately, the plan was canceled by some reasons.
It is a very good Cabernet Sauvignon, I think.
Someday, I would like to try it again.
