庭の水仙と花韮が咲きました。
野草ですが、毎年この時期に咲くので、抜かずにおいておきます。
黄色と白のコントラストがきれいです。
この花が枯れると、次は宿敵のスギナですね。。。
今日のお刺し身、本マグロと真鯛。
1本目 マルキドボーラン シャルドネ 2020 870円
今週に入ってから、ずうっとロゼワインを飲んでいたので、なんと5日ぶりの白ワイン。
我が家の定番、マルキドボーランのシャルドネです。
たっぷりの果実味、きれいな酸、しっかりとしたミネラル感。
雑味のないピュアでナチュラルなテイスト。
非の打ちどころが見つかりません。
美味しいです。
2本目 アル・エ・ディレ メルロー 2018 1,650円
マルキのシャルドネのあと、ちょっと上等な赤ワインが飲みたくなってこれを抜きました。
イタリア・ヴェネト産のサステイナブル・ワイン。
キメが詰まった豊かな果実味、上品で北イタリアならではのしっかりとした酸、しっかりとしていながら滑らかな渋み、心地の良いアフター。
やっぱ、これとても上等な赤ワインです。
とても美味しいです。

1st Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2020 870 yen
Because I kept tasting rose wine, I tasted a white wine at the first time in these five days.
I chose Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay.
I like the rich fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
I couldn’t find any defects with this one.
This is a very good wine!
2nd al & dile Merlot 2018 1650 yen
I want to taste some fine red wine after Marquis de Beau Rond.
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Veneto Italy by sustainable method.
I felt concentrated-excellent fruits, clean-charming acidity and fine tannin and comfortable after-taste.
I was sure again it is very fine Merlot.
Super delicious!
