リラックスワインの、自然派＆サステイナブル系のテイスティングを兼ねたプロ飲みです。
時節柄、少人数のオヤジ飲み。
ゲストの方は、初モンファ。
その、こだわり抜いたお店の雰囲気に圧倒されていました。
お料理も素晴らしい。
特にフカヒレは、絶品。
これ以上の中華料理をワタシは知りません。
幸いワインも高く評価いただきました。

I organized a small wine tasting dinner at Monfa in Nakano.
I invited two wine professionals.
We tasted Relax’s natural wines and sustainable wines.
The guests were surprised at very fine Chinese cuisines.
Every dishes were outstanding!
Fortunately, my wine today got very good reputations.
We enjoyed fabulously delicious dishes, fine wines and nice talking.
I think I did good job!
