一日在宅でデスクワーク。煮詰まりました。
本日のお刺身。
相模湾のヒラメ、千葉のヤリイカ、鳥取の真鯵。
1本目 アルファ・ロワール パト・ド・シャ シャルドネ ソーヴィニヨン 2019 1,450円
ロワール河中流域の自家葡萄園で収したソーヴィニヨンブランとシャルドネのブレンド。
フレッシュなアロマ、柑橘系の豊かなフルーツに、心地のよいミネラル感。
なんか、こう、ツルンっとした艶のある味わいです。
なんか、これ、すごく美味しいです。
2本目 アルファ・ロワール パト・ド・シャ ピノ・ノワール 2018 1,450円
ピノ・ノワールならではの、ベリー系の果実味とチャーミングな赤い酸。
北のピノにしてはアルコール度数14%と、やや高め。
その分、パンチのある味わいです。
やっぱりdaimajoさまは、氷を入れました。
冬でも、濃い目のワインは、氷なんですね。

1st Alpha Loire Patte de Chat Chardonnay Sauvignon 2019 1450 yen
It is made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the estate vineyards in the midstream of Loire River.
The grapes were grown by some unique sustainable method.
I felt a fresh aroma, nice citrus and fine minerals.
The mouthfeel was really pure, clean and natural.
I like this taste and flavor very much.
I am sure again that this one is a very nice wine.
2nd Alpha Loire Patte de Chat Pinot Noir 2018 1450 yen
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the estate vineyards by sustainable method.
I felt nice red berries, charming acidity and comfortable tannins.
The alcohol degree is 14%, which is higher than ordinary Pinot Noir in this area.
Oh! daimajo-sama put ice cubes into her glass!
She likes ice cubes for the high alcohol wine.
Ummm…
