博多から、熊本に移動しました。
今日は、リラックスワインの九州地方の販売代理店、食材卸商社の丸菱さんのスタッフの皆さんにワインセミナーを実施します。
会場は、通町筋のホールスクエア・アカデミー。
丸菱さんの若手営業担当の方々にお集まりいただきました。
テーマは昨日と同じく、リラックスワイン。
新しく丸菱さんに入社したばかり方もいて、皆さん熱心に勉強していただきました。
ワタシも話に力が入りましたよ。
ワインの試飲では、皆さんにリラックスワインのピュアでナチュラルなスタイルを理解していただけたようで、嬉しいです。
セミナー終了後、夜はワイン会を開催します。
ホールスクエアのレストランに、熊本市内のワイン好きの皆さんが集まりました。
時節柄、人数を制限して少人数での開催ですが、参加ゲストの皆さんは、かなり気合の入ったご様子。
今日のテーマは日本ワイン。
ホールスクエアの原巻シェフの特別料理と一緒に楽しみます。

日本ワインじゃないのが一本紛れこんでいますが、ご愛嬌といつことで。
原巻シェフの相違工夫に富んだお皿の数々は、実に見事、凄まじく美味しいです。

このサラダは絶品。人生いままでに食べたサラダの中で一番美味しかったです。
あとにも先にも、これ以上のサラダは無いと思われます。

但馬牛ドライエージングサーロイン
全てのお料理が、日本ワインと抜群のマリアージュをみせてくれました。
ゲストの皆さんも大満足のご様子でした。
とても楽しいワイン会となり、よかったです。
ワタシ、九州に来た2日間でセミナー3つと、2つのワイン会を行いました。

I moved to Kumamoto from Fukuoka.
I organized a wine seminar for the members of staff of Marubishi, which is a major food distributer in Kyushu and the sales agent of Relax Wine.
Young sales staff gathered at Whole Square Academy.
The theme of the seminar was Relax Wine.
Some of them attended a wine seminar at the first time.
Everybody studied about wine earnestly.
I lectured about my wine in my best.
On the wine tasting, they understood pure and natural style wine, I think.
After the seminar, I organized a wine dinner party.
Wine lovers in Kumamoto gathered at the restaurant of Whole Square.
The theme of the party was Japan Wine.
We enjoyed special cuisines cooked by Mr. Aramaki, who is the chef of the restaurant, and very fine Japan Wine.

We enjoyed the marvelously delicious wine and food marriage very, very much.
All of the guests looked be very happy, too.
