地中海風チラシ寿司
お刺し身を、オリーブオイル、レモン、バルサミコでマリネします。
冷蔵庫で約3時間。
久しぶりに作りましたが、とても美味しく出来ましたよ。
1本目 キザンセレクション シャルドネ 2019 1,900円
昨日、久しぶりに訪問したカーヴドリラックス虎ノ門本店で買いました。
山梨・塩山地区周辺で収穫したシャルドネ100％で仕込まれています。
これも極めつけに透明感のあるワイン。
ツルっとした舌触り。ブドウの本当の美味しさが、ひしひしと伝わってきます。
本当にきれいなワインです。
シャルドネのもつ気品が見事に表現されています。
で、キザンワインはいつものことですが、これ、価格はあり得ないです。
普通ならよくて、3,000円くらい。
ワイナリーによっては、5,000円くらいの値付けになるはずです。
2本目 キザンセレクション メルロ プティヴェルド 2019 2,300円
赤は、塩山地区周辺で収穫のメルロ75％とプティヴェルド25％のブレンドです。
とてもフレッシュなベリー系の果実味が弾けます。
カシス、ブルーベリー、プルーン、ダークチェリー。
軽やかながら存在感のあるタンニン、しゃきっとした香草のニュアンスもあります。
以前、同じワインを飲んだ時には、初めに若干の還元的なニュアンスがありましたが、今回は全くオフフレーバーはありません。
赤も素晴らしく美味しいと思います。
ワタシ、くどいですが、この赤も値段が安すぎると思います。

Chirashi-Sushi a la Mediterranean
I marinated sashimi by extra-versine olive oil, lemon and balsamic vinegar.
I cooked Chirashi-Sushi at the first time in a long while.
I did a very good job.
1st Kizan Selection Chardonnay 2019 1900 yen
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Enzan Yamanashi.
It is an extremely pure and clean white wine.
I felt the elegance of Chardonnay very much.
I could see delicious-ripe grapes a lot.
What a wonderful Chardonnay is this!
I can’t understand why the price is so cheap.
2nd Kizan Selection Merlot / Petit Verdot 2019 2300 yen
It is made from 75% Merlot and 25% Petit Verdot grown in Enzan Yamanashi.
I found a lot of charming berry fruits, like a cassis, blueberry, prune and dark cherry, etc.
I also felt elegant tannin, some herb nuance and comfortable mouthfeel.
Before I tasted the same wine, I felt some reductive flavor at first.
But I didn’t feel any off-flavor in this time.
It is a very, very fine red wine.
I think the price is too much cheap, too.
