本日、町田警察署で運転免許の更新をいたしました。
外の気温は38℃。
炎天下の歩道は暑いというより痛いといった感じでした。
1本目 トゥルクハイム リースリング 2019 1,750円
これ飲むたびに思うんですが、本当に美味しいです。
つるんとした果実の風味がなんとも素晴らしい。
キレイに伸びる酸、シャキッとしたミネラル感。
ピュアの極み。どこまでも透き通っていて透明。
アルザスってすごい。リースリングってすごい。
なんか、ずうっと、白ワインで一番偉いのはブルゴーニュのシャルドネだって思い込んできましたが、そろそろ宗旨替えの時期かも。
アルザス・リースリングは偉い。
2本目 ヴィノーブル クラマン 2019 1,150円
前回、ペログビ動画で、このワイナリーがあるトゥールーズ近郊のAOCフロントンは、フランスで一番小さなAOCなどと発言してしまいました。
実際AOCフロントンは、約2,800ヘクタールもあって全然小さくありません。
なんという思い違い。申し訳ありません。
このHVEレベル３認定のサステイナブルワイン、やっぱり旨いです。
冷やして飲みましたが、アルコール度数が14％もあって、試しに氷を入れてみたら、やっぱ氷入りの方がおいしいです。
35℃を超えた日には、赤ワインは氷を入れた方がいいみたい。
あ、オフフレーバーのあるワインや、長期熟成ワイン、高いワインに氷を入れるのは見合わせましょう。
お手頃でピュアなワインがお勧めです。

I went to Machida Police Office and renewed my driver’s license.
The outside temperature was 38℃.
I was melting, almost died.
1st Turckheim Riesling 2019 1750 yen
I always admire this Riesling when I taste.
What a fine white wine is this!
I love the beautiful fruits, brillante acidity and nice minerals.
What a pure white wine is this!
Alsace is great! Riesling is great!
I have been assuming that the best white wine is Burgundy.
It may be time to change hats…
2nd Vignoble Clamens Rouge 2019 1150 yen
It is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvgnon and 50% Syrah grown in near Toulouse by sustainable method.
The winery has HVE Level-3.
I felt dense fruits, pure acidity, mild tannin and rich mouthfeel.
At first, I tasted this one with cool temperature.
It was good.
Then I put a lot of ice cubes in the glass.
It was great! Very, very nice.
I suggest you should put ice cubes in the red wine glass when the temperature is over 35℃。
