近くの家の薔薇が満開。
薔薇ってきれいですね。
PCだと書けますが、ワタシは薔薇って絶対に書けないです。
1本目 山崎ワイナリー ピノ・グリ 2019
今日は無性に美味しい白ワインが飲みたくなって、この限定醸造のワインを抜きました。
ピノ・グリって、世界的に大人気のブドウ品種ですが、日本ではあんまり見かけない。
特に日本ワインのピノ・グリは少ないです。
で、この北海道・三笠の山崎ワイナリーのピノ・グリは、ワタシは個人的に世界一美味しいピノ・グリだと思います。
厚みがあって複雑な果実味。柑橘、リンゴ、メロン、洋ナシといった色々な果物がみえます。
香ばしい蜂蜜のニュアンスに、キレイに伸びる酸。
研ぎ澄まされたミネラル感が全体の味わいを整えて、引き締めます。
いや、いや、いや、お見事。
これは美味しいなあ。本当に美味しいなあ。
2本目 熊本ワイン 山鹿 マスカット・ベーリーＡ 2019
北海道から、赤は九州へ飛びました。
熊本県北部の山鹿市で収穫したマスカット・ベーリーＡ 100％ で仕込まれた赤ワイン。
熊本ワインらしい、ピュアできれいな味わいです。
南のマスカット・ベーリーＡならではの、甘みを感じるほどの赤い果実味がよく引き出されています。
すすすーっと飲めてしまいます。
うん、後味も澄みきっています。
これも、大変良いマスカット・ベーリーＡでした。

I found beautiful roses near my home.
1st Yamazaki Winery Pinot Gris 2019
I wanted to taste some fine white wine today.
Then I opened my most favorite Pinot Gris produced the by the small family owned winery.
It is made from 100% Pinot Gris grown in the estate single vineyard in Mikasa Hokkaido.
I love the super-rich fruits, ultra-beautiful citrus and very fine minerals.
For me, it is the best Pinot Gris all of the world.
Delicious!
2nd Kumamoto Wine Muscat Bailey-A 2019
I bought this one at the winery last year.
It is a very small product sold only at the winery.
It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamaga Kumamoto.
I felt very charming red berries, nice acidity, light tannin and elegant mouthfeel.
The style is very pure and clean.
It is a very fine Muscat Bailey-A.
