お昼に、料理研究家の友人からもらった自家製トマト瓶詰を使ってパスタを作ってみました。
なんと、これが凄く美味しくてびっくり。
イタリアのサンマルツァーノという品種で、千葉の農家さんが無農薬で栽培しているトマトだそうです。
なるほどですね。
1本目 オリオル・ロッセール レ・セルヴェーレ 2015 3,200円 ＋ 税
この白ワインは、スペイン・ペネデスのオリオルロッセールのトップキュヴェ。
有機農法で栽培した自家葡萄園の最良区画のシャレロ100％をフレンチオークの小樽で発酵後６ヶ月間熟成を経て出荷。
その後、通算で5年間の熟成ということになります。
はじめ、僅かにツーンと来る刺激臭がありました。
亜硫酸の添加量が極めて少ないため、瓶内で酸化が進んでいるようです。
しばらくグラスをぐるぐるしていると、この臭いは完全に消えて豊かなフルーツがごっそりと出てきました。
ティストは完全にビオワインのもの。
ゆったりとトロンとしています。
タルトタタンのような香ばしく甘酸っぱいフルーツ感も感じます。
これ、すごく美味しいです。
やっぱりオリオル・ロッセールは良いワインです。
2本目 トゥルクハイム ピノ・ノワールＴ 2015 4,200円 ＋ 税
こちらもアルザス・トゥルクハイムのトップキュヴェ。ヴィンテージも同じく2015年です。
リースリングのグランクリュ区画をピノノワールに改植し、アルザス・ピノノワールの可能性に賭けたワインです。
上品で豊かな果実味と滑らかなタンニン、赤いベリーのアロマにバニラが香り立ってきます。
これはとっても、とっても素晴らしいピノ・ノワールです。
ブルゴーニュで、このクオリティーなら間違いなく倍の値段がつくと思います。
これ飛びぬけています。まさにアルザスのピノ・ノワール恐るべし、です。

I cooked a pasta for lunch using canned tomato made by my friend, who is a culinary expert.
The pasta was very delicious!
1st Oriol Rossell Les Cerveres 2015 3200 yen + tax
This white wine is the top cuvee of the winery.
It is made from 100% Xarel-lo grown in the best part of the estate vineyard by organic method.
At first, I felt a little oxidized smell but it went away soon.
The style was “BIO” wine because it used a very little sulfur only.
I felt very rich-elegant fruits, comfortable mouthfeel and excellent minerals.
I felt the nuance of dry fruits, apple pie, nuts, caramel, fruits jam, etc.
The taste was very complex.
So delicious!
2nd Truckheim Pinot Noir T 2015 4200 yen + tax
Also, this red is the top cuvee of the winery.
The vintage is same as the first wine, too.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in “Riesling Grand Cru” vineyards of the estate winery.
I felt excellent aroma, rich fruits, silky tannin and very impressive “fines”.
What a wonderful Pinot Noir is this!!
If this one were Burgundy Pinot Noir, the price would be over twice, I think.
I was very impressed in the great potential of Alsace Pinot Noir.
